Our Community Resources

Humble Beginnings - Modern charm

Our 1970s advertisement hit the nail on the head. From humble beginnings, our community has blossomed into a thriving hub of sophisticated living and rich preservation. We take great pride in honoring our heritage while seamlessly integrating the comforts of modern life.

Nestled in the heart of nature, our community retains the charm of its origins while providing residents with an array of contemporary amenities. From the eagles that soar across our bay, to the whales in our waters, and the deer and lush wildlife within - yet the city life of Oak Harbor is just minutes away.

Our beautifully designed estate homes, surrounded by lush landscapes, create an environment where comfort meets elegance. Residents can enjoy spacious interiors filled with natural light, fostering a sense of warmth and belonging.

Moreover, our commitment to preserving the environment is evident in our land trust agreement. The community thrives on initiatives that promote green living, ensuring that future generations can also enjoy the tranquility and beauty that this area has to offer.

DUGUALLA BAY is not merely a place to reside; it is an experience that embodies a celebration of the past, a commitment to nature, and a promise of comfort for all who choose to call it home.
