Need a place to hold your family reunion, retirement party or other event? Dugualla Bay Heights has a beautiful clubhouse located right on the water at the end of Beacon View Drive. It has full kitchen facilities, restrooms, a covered outdoor grill, picnic tables, and enough folding tables and chairs inside to accommodate a large group. There is a beach, boat launch ramp, and an expansive parking area right next to the clubhouse.
The clubhouse is where the community holds its annual business meeting and catered dinner. The clubhouse is also available to both residents and non-residents for private functions. The rental fee is $100 for residents and $250 for non-residents. A damage deposit of $250 for all renters is required. You may reserve the clubhouse by calling:
